Well on monday the 26th the day before gun season i was up at buckeye outdoorsthey had a scope and rifled barell combo for the mossberg so i got one with some sabot slugs, put the boresighter in it, and after 4 shots i was actually cuttin the center out at 60 yards. Well monday rolls around we're in stand at 6.30, we saw a buck, and a doe that i coulda shot but i let them go, so i get back into a stand at 2.00 and at 3.20 i hear something and look up I grab my gun and theres a nice buck in the back of the pack, i put the crosshairs on him i grunt/bleat with my mouth he stops, looks at me i put the cross hairs on his neck and POW he drops straight down lying, there, man it was awesome..... This is all on film except for the shot..so all in all its pretty good, hes not as big as last years but hes pretty nice.....

Another good job there 88. Fine looking buck. I'm working today, tomorrow and half a day Thursday. It's tough not being out there.

haha nice buck, what caused you not to getta shot on film? Oh well, I coulda had a broad side shot on a reaaallll small 10 point yesterday morning. I passed in hopes of seeing him next year if I continue to hunt my buddies place. But it sounds like your doing the right thing taking these big bucks two years ina row. I took this mornin off to catch up on sleep, hopefully I see a few this evening. Congrats

I took him to the taxidermist tonight, and i was planning on just getting a euro mount done, but i decided to go ahead and get the shoulder mount, so i gotta make room for another one on the wall...mom says this is gettin pretty expense....hehehee
