A man was walking down a sidewalk in front of a large mental institution with a 6 ft privacy fence between him and the institution. As he was walking every step he took he heard a voice on the other side of the fence say seven, seven, seven, seven,. He walked several hundred yards down the fence line and every step seven, seven, seven.
Up ahead in the fence about 3 ft off the ground he saw a knot hole in the fence and when he got to it he bent over and put his eye up to the fence to see in. as his eye got to the knot hole a finger came through the fence and poked him in the eye. The man screams in agony and holds his eye and begins to walk off and as he was walking off on the other side of the fence he heard eight , eight , eight , eight.
