CRAPPIES,,,CRAPPIES,,,CRAPPIES!!!. FIND A STUMP IN 10' OF WATER AND HAVE A BALL,,,. 4 OF US LANDED 130, RELEASED ALL THE LADIES OVER 10",,, FULL OF EGGS. 30 + OVER 12". A COUPLE MORE WARM DAYS AND IT WILL START ON THE SOUTH END !!!! 8 doz MINNOWS AND A SMALL WHITE JIG,,,,,,HAVE A BALL!!!

WOW !! DID WE SLAM THE CRAPPIES,,,,,,,,, 37 VERY LARGE ONES LAST THURSDAY,,,,, 84 YESTERDAY,,,,,,, THE COOLER WAS FULL !!! MOSQUITO,,,
AND A PERFECT DAY !!! 10' of water,, grass or a stump, a fathead minny on a small white jig !!! Throw the egg laden ladies back !!! GOING AGAIN WEDNESDAY,,,,,,,,,, JER ;)

How do you like the rain we had today?

I was out there till 9am today and it was heating up a little. Not a single bite though, using minnow and crawlers. Then. . . it started raining. Hasn't stopped yet.

I fished mosquito tuesday morning, did pretty good on the walleye, nothing
real big but they were biting good !!

Last night I caught 4 crappies on 1/16oz. Unpainted jigs tipped with a minnow in a 1 1/2 hour time.

We went again,,,, last week,,,, It's getting tuff now that the eggs are dropped,,, we caught the males that are gaurding the nests,,, only 4 small ones had eggs. Ended up with 50+ and two 14"-15" white bass !! A hard day but very well worth the effort. That's it for Mosquito,,, time to start fishing Erie. Last year we were catching 100 to 150 fish every day that we went,,,
Panfish,, start with perch in the morning,,,around noon switch to crappies, white bass,,,, smallies and rockies !!! :) GOOD LUCK Jer
