Got back late last night after 2 pretty productive days on Forked Run. We threw minnows both days. Monday we hit 25-30, a bluegill and 2 cats, we kept 15 of the nicer crappie. Tuesday the numbers and size were both better ahead of the rain coming in. We caught 50-60 and kept 30, 2 bluegills, and 2 more cats. We had several in the 10-12" range.
I have only been fishing down there for a handful of years, but my best friends dad, who I fished with both days said they have caught more, but this year they seemd bigger on average than in the past, and he has been fishing down there for 30 years.
