3D bowhunter class sight setup?

well i shot my second ever 3D event yesterday. im going to shoot this season in the bowhunter class. anyhow for all of you that shoot that class how do you have your pins set up and how many pins are you using? my sight has 4 toatal but its awfull crowded with all 4. and one more question i am thinking about getting a magnifier lense for my sight just for 3D what power do you suggest

ya might want too check because if i remeber right if ya shoot a club that is connected too IBO with the magnifinin lens ya will have too shoot MBR CLASS.

Any site with a lens must shoot from the Open stake(MBO)With or without magnification.


From IBO rule:
Sights that utilize any lens, with or without magnification are not allowed in MBR class. sights may not be adjusted while on the range during a tournament.

However this is the only thing i found about a lens,Nothing was written about it in the hunter class,So if one wanted to push the issue i think you could possibly get away with it for a while.

well there is a trophy shoot this sunday ill have to ask if we are affilited with the
ibo and what exactly i can get away with shooting bowhunter class. im using the same setup that i hunt with

For the bowhunter class...screw in tips..feathers/vanes not less then 3.75...12 inch or shorter stabalizer....no more then 4 pins in your site...and no magnification in your peep....and you can use a STS if you would like..
