when i used to shoot in indoor league with my compound and these were the days of 40% and 50% letoff ,i had to shoot a 5 spot target to keep from spending so much money on alum. arrows...at first i thought it was real groovy shooting the single spots and robin hooding all the time...or breaking nocks...then i had to shell out more money for arrows from bowhunters discount...i only did that one time...it aint funny,it aint groovy...its costly...

I agree. It doesn't count unless I hit the spot I was aiming. However, I to get an A+ for being consistent because I was aiming at the same spot for the first arrow too.
Well, that's $10 down the drain.

I have had several RH's over the years and even a couple with my recurve. But my favorite one was a home while practicing for the IBO World shoot several years ago. Shooting a compound with fingers and tuning in the back yard I hit the skoal can hanging on a piece of string in from of the target butt. So I tried to hit it again and heard a plinking sound, when I walked up to see what had happened I saw that it was a perfect RobinHood. The best part was it was from 52 yards away. I thought well the bow is tuned so might as well put it up and get ready for the trip.

How's this for a Robin Hood?
John Brewer's shot at an indoor arcery range.
Him shooting longbow, them shooting compound.. The guy wasn't too happy because he was gloating about his good shot, and then his arrow gets shredded.

I was shootin over the weekend with a friend and shot one of his arrows in half. I have a bag target so the arrows don’t always stay as they hit and his was leaning to the side a little. When I shot we heard a tink and he commented that sounded hard. When we walked up to the target my arrow had hit his about 6” from the point and broke it off there. The funny thing was the part of the shaft with his fletch was stuck on my arrow and drove into the target with it. It was still on there when I pulled my arrow out. Wish I could say I was meaning to hit it but both were pretty close to the bulls eye.
