I was going this weekend, but picked up a side job, and if the rain comes it won't be that good for a couple of days at my spots.

How about you guys?

Well ,,, 3 of us went to the Ash. to start on Thursday,,,, 6 on only 3 landed,,,snapped the lines,,,,, 2 crome & one beat up 6#er. Black jig & maggots or chubs, & green power bait on the bottom !! Fish stopped hitting 'round 10:00am so we went up the creek, found a small hole, nobody around, warm and sunny. 8 more landed, 2 lost, 5 & 6#ers were the largest, cleaned out the hole !!. Left there and went to the Conn. Up the creek , small hole, 3 more landed.
Nice day, Kepted limit for smoking, only 2 were old fish, smallest one was 18", no eggs,,,,,,,,,, It ain't over yet !!!
After todays rain the holes should be all full of fresh fish again !!
This week end should be a blast !!! :bouncy:
