Ok guys i'm getting a little early start and was wondering what a good broadhead is for a recurve,I really don't like the idea of sharping them myself,So with that said which would be my best broadhead(Cut on Impact),Which head have you guys used and like.
I'm leaning toward the stingers or zwickey or muzzy phatom Also looking at the thunderheads.
Any suggestion would be great?????????????

do not be afraid to sharpen a broadhead...get an accu sharp...easy as that,be carful not to cut your wrist off when shaving hairs...happened to me but i reattached my wrist with sinyew from a deer leg...most trad heads out there are good enough...3 to 1 heads are very easy to get to fly straight...:mischeif:

George is correct. An Accu Sharp puts a good edge on them. Once your done with the Accu Sharp use a leather strap and they'll shave again.

Another plug for Magnus.........LIFE TIME WARRANTY....

I used Zwickey's when I shot wood arrows, but you just can't beat that Magnus warranty.. Wish I would have had one on when I shot at that squirrel and hit the tree  (first time shooting out of a pop-up blind, limb hit the top support poles)

I'll second the stingers and the accusharp! Fairly good edge out of the package and just need touched up but they fly great. I like the 125gr 2 blade. Also like the 2blade snuffer but they are discotinued and are gettin hard to find:irked: If sharpening is an issue, the muzzy and thunderheads are proven killers too;) ....TF

I've been shooting the same 2 dozen Zwicks for 20 years. I'm down to about a dozen now...A few have been thru several animals.:) 125gr. 2 blade eskimos sharpened on a Lansky, then stroped til' the hair falls off in fear of the blade.;)
