This is a pretty big state coonskinner. It is hard for one club to be everywhere . But if this new club is in the formation stage it might not be a bad idea to offer them an opportunity to be a chapter of OSTA.

i dont know bout a chapter ,that would be up to them and to the osta membership...i'm just wondering if they have the same purposes as osta or if it will be different...xample,be more open with equipment like a class that allows sights...i cant see why another group needs to xist if its xactly the same...:mischeif:
