I have a 50 acre farm in S.E. Adams county. Approx. 5 acres of tillable land that I use for game food plots. Approx. 45 acres of prime deer, turkey, grouse, squirrel, fox, and coyote. Adjoins Shawnee State Forest on the east and 1200 acres of hardwoods to the south and west. 900 ft. frontage with horse fence. Creek along west property line. I have lots of pics to share at your request.

I have built a well insulated, fully enclosed, loft in the barn with a full kitchen and dining area, flush toilet, hot shower, sleeps 6. Adams county water, new 200 amp electric service in barn, 1 yr. old complete septic system (approved for a 3 bedroom house), and a great sweet water well. We had planned to build our retirement home on a knoll overlooking the pasture but I got sick and we don't think we can do it now. Asking $130,000

This has been my home-away-from-home for many years. Must sell - I had a stroke last spring and I can't get out much anymore. My wife and I are getting up in years and simply don't take advantage of this wonderful place.

Thanks, Bald Eagle

It's a great looking property. You certainly put a lot of work into it. Unfortunately I can't afford it right now. I am sure that you won't have any problem selling it. It's to bad that you have to part with it though.

Nice looking real estate. Too bad health dictates the sale of it.

Sorry to hear of that Bald Eagle. That's a great looking property and a real fair deal too. Good luck.

I have some friends down here in Florida that are just itching to head back to Ohio. I forwarded this thread to them for future reference. Good luck.
