We had planned to build our retirement home on a knoll overlooking the pasture but I got sick and we don't think we can do it now. Asking $130,000

This has been my home-away-from-home for many years. Must sell - I had a stroke last spring and I can't get out much anymore. My wife and I are getting up in years and simply don't take advantage of this wonderful place.

It's a great looking property. You certainly put a lot of work into it. Unfortunately I can't afford it right now. I am sure that you won't have any problem selling it. It's to bad that you have to part with it though.
