How about adding smallmouth bass to this list?

I catch most of my smallies through out the winter months(no steelheads around my area).
For me the best trophy time is winter time, i get the numbers during summer, but the quality is lower than in winter.
Just a thought.

By coldwater species we typically mean the likes of trout, and steelhead for example that need to live in comparitively colder water during the heat of the summer.
