the roads are horrible right now in stark county. I need to fish, dont know how much longer i can take the cold weather. I can only rearrange the tackle box so many times before even that gets old.

BottomBouncer

Roostertail is probably my favorite all around lure. I've caught everything from crappie to pike on 'tails.

I have more spinners than any other lures. They work on everything that swims.

I mentioned earlier in the thread my wife had family come in last week from Florida, they hung out in Georgia while we were getting hammered, once the snow stopped they ran up grabbed my wifes Grandmother and got the hell out of Dodge, my wife called down there yesterday and they had steaks on the grill with temps in the mid 70s:eek: and this morning I wake up to more snow:(
Spitfire

Ah, 70deg. weather and backstraps on the grill. Kids running around the back yard playing and looking forward to watching baseball on the TV. That seems so far away right now with it snowing again!

I checked the temps down there (Ft. Myers) last Monday as we were all digging out.. and they had a high of 86 degrees that day, I told my kids who were needless to say home from school that day because all of the snow that it was a whole different world down there, I would be satisfied with 40 right now, but instead they are talking about another big storm in here by the middle of the week:(
