Time Zone

How do i change the time zone?
It has me on GMT and i should be on EST.
It is 2:52 right now.

-just click "user cp" above & change your pref/options selection...

Click on user cp at the top of the page. Then click on edit options, scroll down the page and find time offset and choose your timezone.
