Best I know to tell ya is to hunt feeding areas. Deer this time of year are either bedded down, or lookin for food. They dont walk around for no reason.

Agree that food sources are what should be keyed on. They may be bedding very close to some as well. With snow on the ground, look for "highway like" trails and corners of cut crop fields.
They seem to prefer fields to digging for the remaining arorns.
Like always with bowhunting, you are looking for funnels and pinch points that bring deer within range.
Best of luck to you!

Sit all day!!
Pack in a lunch and some water. While everyone else is heading back to camp/truck for lunch they will move deer (hopefully your way). Same goes for when they come back from lunch and head into the woods. I have shot more deer between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM then any other time. Good luck and be safe!
