1981... Ready to use. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. Sofa bed, Queen bed and folddown table kitchen bed. Everthing is in good working order, but the furnace. Not sure of the problem with it. It has around a 40 gal. Water holding tank w/working pump. Come's with a movable 3 piece deck in pic, approx. 8' x 20'. Located near Marblehead at Shade Tree Country, next to Prehistoric Forest. It has been setting on this lot for around 8 yr's. It is one of the more premier lots they have to offer, complete with elec. water and sewage Corner lot with a ton of shade. 5 min. away from any marina in East Harbor.
